Monitoring

During the period of Dec 07, 2025 – 16:43 to Dec 08, 2025 – 09:40, the (S)FTP of Onventis could not be reached.
As a result, data could not be stored on the server for import or export processes

Action Possibly Required
Please verify whether any uploads to or transfers from the (S)FTP need to be re-submitted again.

The service has been restored and we are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
